Financial Analyst (R&D Controller)

Hanon Systems is one of the largest automotive suppliers in the world, which has 51 manufacturing plants and 3 global technical centers throughout the world. Hanon Systems Hungary Ltd., Székesfehérvár, produces and designs climate compressors, fluid transport systems, heating and cooling valves and fuel pumps to the biggest automotive companies more than 30 years. Now we are seeking to recruit new colleague for the following position to our manufacturing plant in Székesfehérvár:

Főbb feladatok

  • Take responsibility for certain area´s and tasks in our global R&D Controlling team
  • Key business partner for stakeholders regarding certain R&D centers or key-areas
  • Forecasting, Budgeting, Ad Hoc analysis and Cost Control
  • Analyze global R&D data in Power Bi
  • Create reports in Power Bi
  • Calculate Hourly Rates, utilizations and burden rates
  • Capitalization of Engineering cost
  • Manage our SAP project landscape [WBS/PSP elements]
  • Month End Reporting, Global Stakeholder Reporting, Check Purchase Requisitions etc.

Szakmai elvárások

  • Master degree in Finance [minimum Bachelor]
  • Experienced in creating Management reports in Power Bi
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • KPI modelling and P&L understanding [i.e. EBITDA, Utilization, IC / regulatory experience]
  • Experience in a central/corporate function is a plus
  • Experience in Intercompany billing is a plus
  • SQL skills and S4 Hana experience is a plus
