HR Manager - Pécs

Hanon Corporation is one of the largest automotive suppliers in the world, which has 40 manufacturing plants and 4 global technical centers throughout the world. In Hungary Hanon has 3 manufacturing sites and now we are seeking to recruit a key-role associate for the following position to our new opening greenfield manufacturing plant in PÉCS

Main tasks

  • Purpose of the job:
  • Develop all organizational related aspects of a greenfield manufacturing plant of Hanon Pécs. Interpret the Hanon HR policies and procedures to local level, ensuring the expectation of the Hungarian Labor Code and Authorities. Ensure stable qualified workforce for the organization and provide continuous employees development programs to support actual and future business needs. The main mission of this Human Resources expert in line with our global HR mission that s/he will support our newly established high-performing organization to deliver sustainable growth through people.
  • Build local organization structure in newly established greenfield manufacturing plant
  • Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching Human Resources issues
  • Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Implement Hanon Systems Human Resources strategies in local plant level
  • Manage Human Resources operations activities locally by recruiting, selecting new staff
  • Ensure that all staff receives an orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided
  • Lead effective communication channels both internally and externally on local level
  • Ensure standard salary structure for the organization in line with the company guidelines
  • Implement and manage performance management process on plant side
  • mplement and localize Company General & Human Resources Policies

Conditions for getting the job

  • University degree in a related field (HR or business or economics or legal or psychology field preferred)
  • English language knowledge: high level both verbally and in writing, fluent Hungarian
  • min. 7–10 years of experience in HR management at a manufacturing company
  • min. 5 years of experience in leader position
